摘要/Abstract

摘要： 跨境野生动物非法質易所具有的低风险、高收益等特性，使得职业化犯罪团伙涉足跨境野生动物犯罪。跨境野生动物犯罪团伙，不但加剧大量珍稀野生物种濒临灭绝，危及生态环境安全，而且还破坏国家的边境管理、海关监管、金融监管等制度，危及国家安全和社会稳定。打击跨境野生动物犯罪团伙，要完善国内不同执法机构间的协调合作机制，从国家层面推动与周边国家（地区）间的协作。

Abstract: Transnational wildlife crime (TEC) is a type of crime with high profits and low risks, which drifted organised criminals involved transnational wildlife crime. TEC not only forces certain wild species closing to extinction and threats environmental security, but also threats national security through destroying border management system, Customs management system and financial management system. Combating TEC needs to perfect coordination mechanism between domestic law enforcement agencies, and international cooperation among range states.
