摘要: 2012—2015年,北京市在平原地区新造林7万hm2(105万亩)。为了提升工程监管效率,实现对平原造林工程规划、实施、后期养护等阶段的有效监管,本研究将自主多源高分辨率卫星遥感监测技术引入了工程管理中,探索出了一套基于空间技术的营林造林工程监管模式,提高了工程的管理效率与水平。

Abstract: From 2012 to 2015,plain afforestation projects covering an area of 70 000hm2 have been implemented in Beijing. In order to improve the efficiency of project supervision through the project planning stage,the implementation stage and the maintenance stage,the independent multi-source of high-resolution satellite remote sensing monitoring technology was introduced in the project management. The mode based on space technology was developed for forestation project supervision,and the efficiency of project management was improved.
