摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于森林生态效益的内涵,以相应的理论和法律为依据,结合海西州森林生态效益补偿机制实施的现状,分析了现行我国森林生态效益补偿机制存在的问题,提出了建立我国森林生态效益补偿制度的对策。

Abstract: Based on the connotation of forest ecological benefits,and the present situation of the ecological benefit compensationat Haixi Prefecture and considering some corresponding theory and law in thisfield,this thesis points out some suggestions and countermeasures for formulating a system of compensation in China. This thesis analyses some current issues and points out some suggestions and countermeasures for formulating a system of compensation in China.
