黄枝润楠种子育苗技术试验研究

The Machilus versicolora Seed Breeding Trials Research

摘要: 通过田间正交试验设计L9(34)研究不同基质(A)、不同消毒药物(B)及不同基肥(C)对黄枝润楠种子播种育苗成活率、苗高、地径的影响差异。结果表明:黄枝润楠种子育苗使用林地表土∶生树皮∶泥炭为5∶3∶2基质(A1)+敌克松可湿性粉剂1000倍液消毒药物(B1)+硫酸钾复合肥(含N15%,P15%,K15%)作基肥(C1),即A1B1C1组合效果最佳,平均成活率达90.6%、平均苗达22.8cm、平均地径达3.2mm。

Abstract: Research was conducted on different matrix (A) through the field orthogonal experimental design L9(34),disinfectants (B) and basal (C) Machilus versicolora seed sowing sterile seedling survival,seedling height,ground diameter difference. The results showed that Machilus versicolora seed breeding used woodland topsoil: Health and bark: peat,5:3:2 matrix (A1) + Fenaminosulf WP 1000 times disinfection drugs (B1) + potassium sulfate compound fertilizer (containing N15%,of P15%,of the K15%),basal (C1),the A1B1C1 combination of the best,with an average survival rate of 90.6%,average seedlings up to 22.8 cm,average diameter up to 3.2 mm.
