Abstract: The state-owned forestry enterprises,as the economic entities of forest resouces,face the issues of social responsibilities which receive more and more widespread concern.Starting from the social responsibilities of the state-owned forestry enterprises and taking the state-owned forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang province as an example,this paper analyzes the state-owned forestry enterprise social responsibilities at different levels and puts forward the ways for the state-owned enterprises to perform their social responsibities.
