Abstract: On the basis of the result of Beijing plain reforestation project in Daxing,the paper discussed the project’s strategical effects and value from the view of improvement of the water resource environment,optimizing the Beijing’s ecological structure,accelerating functions of Daxing’s industrial restructuring,diverting the agriculture labor,urbanization and construction of new countryside,as well as setting up the plant landscape structure of airport view area and improving the local climate conditions,etc.
