Abstract: This article introduced the behavior and its harm of unsound forestland circulation and transfer, analyzed the induced factor of unsound forestland circulation and transfer in the construction of ecological publicwelfare forests in Zhejiang Province, made suggestions on leading fine forestland circulation and transfer in the construction of ecological public welfare forests in Zhejiang Province.
