Abstract: This paper has analyzed the problem of the information resource development and utilization,studied the meaning,goal and feasibility of the information resource development and utilization in the wisdom forestry period.Some reasonable suggestions about how to realize information resource development and utilization in the wisdom forestry period have been put forward so as to speed up the development of the forestry informatization.
