Abstract: With the advancement of collective forest land reform,the private forest has become an important part of forestry in our country.This paper analyzes the main contradictions and problems in the development process of the private forest in our country at the present stage,and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the private forest development so as to provide reference for the establishment of forestry policies in China.
