Abstract: In order to protect forest environment and keep stable social order in forest region,the concern of criminal justice of cases involving forest should change from general retribution and prevention to ecosystem restoration and protection of the interests of victims,and it is necessary to pursue criminal reconciliation actively in cases involving forest.According to the characteristics of the cases involving forest,the criminal reconciliation involving forest of criminal cases should take different ways from other criminal cases.At the same time,the corresponding supporting systems should also be established and improved.
