Study on Physiology of Water Stress and Characteristics of Drought Tolerance in Mycorrhizal Fungi Seedlings of Pinus massoniana

Abstract: In this paper, characteristics of drought tolerance in mycorrhizal fungi seedlings and uninoculated seedlings of Pinus massoniana are studied by using the artificial simulation method of water stress. By measuring the physiological indicators of chlorophyll content,the activaty of NR、MDA content,the root activity,soil moisture and leaves water content, the characteristics of drought tolerance of mycorrhizal fungi seedlings were explored. At the same time, the likely effectiveness of Pinus massoniana mycorrhizal fungi seedlings was probed under water stress.
