Abstract: In this paper,with the help of the advanced system architectures(SOA,DCOM),3S integration technology(GIS,RS,GPS),computer simulation,digitization of business processes,massive heterogeneous data processing technology,and based on the characteristics of administrative examination and approval of forestry,a forestry administrative examination and approval system has been developed.The system standardized approval process to achieve a proactive information disclosure,approval of the whole process of regulatory approval,and provided an efficient high-quality,standardized and transparent “one-stop” service for forest enterprises and the public.This realized the intelligent network management for forestry administrative approval and improved the service functions and administrative efficiency.
